Bailey Barall

Bailey is the daughter of David Konover, the founder of Barall & Konover Floors, Inc. in 1937. She joined her father’s business in 1958 and after 22 years, she was appointed President in 1980. At the time she was chosen for her Presidency the company was struggling, but through hard work and determination Bailey was able to turn the business around and make it what it is today – one of the largest commercial flooring companies in Connecticut. After 65 years, Bailey has decided it’s time for her to retire and she leaves BK Floors in the trusted hands of Pat Muise.

David Konover

Grandson to the founder David Konover, David has been a member of B & K Floors, Inc. since 2008. After just four years he became a partner in B & K Floors, Inc. in 2012. David’s background in customer service and public relations helps him successfully oversee the company. He continuously works with the company’s estimators, project managers, and sales team to ensure the jobs run smoothly.

Pat Muise

Pat’s journey at Barall & Konover Floors Inc. started over twenty years ago. She has been the Chief Financial Officer, keeping everyone organized and helping the project managers with every job. Pat has proudly taken over for Bailey as President of Barall & Konover Floors Inc.

William Mucha

Bill began working as an estimator with B & K Floors Inc. in 2006 and now is the company’s Senior Vice President. He has over 25 years of experience as an installer in the flooring industry and has provided the company a priceless insight into the world of commercial flooring. Bill’s knowledge of flooring has proven to be highly beneficial towards estimating new projects. With his precision on costs, he has developed many positive relationships with various general contractors.

Ed Cosme

Ed has been apart of B & K Floors for 12 years and is our field supervisor. Starting his career as an installer, Ed’s hands on experience provides him with the knowledge needed to manage all inhouse installers as well as resolve any issues that may occur on a jobsite.

Casey Bellott

After a summer internship with Barall & Konover Floors Inc., Casey graduated from Southern Connecticut State University and returned to the flooring industry soon after. He now holds a permanent job with the company as a project manager and estimator since 2014.

Rich Repoli

With over 30 years of experience in the flooring industry, Rich had taken on the role of business development manager in May of 2015 at Barall & Konover Floors Inc. Rich is ICRI certified for moisture testing concrete slabs. If you have any questions regarding any future jobs you may have, Rich is the guy to call!

Alex Roy

Alex has been a project manager for Barall & Konover Floors Inc. for five years. When managing a job, Alex makes sure that your materials are correctly order, delivered, and installed by the desired time and guidelines, ensuring every customer is satisfied with the final product and overall experience working with us.

Jessica Canchanya

Jessica has been with B & K Floors Inc. for six years. Being one of our project managers, Jessica becomes your best friend when working on your project with us. Her professionalism and amazing attention to detail ensure your project will run as smoothly as possible

John Vildozola

B & K Floors Inc. has had Johnny as a project manager for six years. Johnny works with you every step of the way when running your job. With his excellent communication skills you will be on the same page throughout your entire project.

Kevin is Barall & Konover Floors Inc. assistant to the regional manager. If you are working with Rich on your project you will also received help from Kevin. He works with Rich on all assigned projects and ensures the projects run smoothly and stay extremely organized.

Jeffery Jones

Barall & Konover Floors Inc. has had Jeff for almost eight years as our warehouse manager. Jeff coordinates all deliveries and ensures that supplies for jobs are at the jobsite in time for installation. He is also responsible for keep our warehouse organized and clean.

Frank Scarborough

Frank oversees shipping and receiving here at B & K Floors Inc. Any time material is delivered to a site Frank is the one ensuring it’s safe arrival. He has been a part of this company for six years. He also knows our warehouse inside and out, helping Jeff keep it organized and easily accessible.

Lee Postlethwait

Lee started working at Barall & Konover Floors Inc. this year. Lee has been in the construction industry since he was 18. After two years he started doing residential hardwood floors, leading to him exclusively working on multi million dollar homes. After working on the labor side for 12 years Lee decided to focus on project management.

Stephon King

As of 2022, Stephon has become the newest addition to the BK team, as our Business Development Executive, working hand & hand with Rich & Kevin. With over 10 years of sales and management experience, accompanied by an exceedingly dedicated and charismatic personality, Stephon is constantly pounding the pavement or on the phones prospecting & creating new B2B relationships throughout New England.

Kellie Discola

Kellie has been with B & K Floors Inc. for almost three years. With her talented organization skills, she makes sure all project documents are complete and up to date. As office admin, she tracks payroll for all wage jobs as well as assists the project managers with any needs. Kellie is also our AA/EEO Officer.
