Daughter of David Konover, the founder of Barall & Konover Floors, Inc. in 1937, joined her father’s business in 1958. After 22 years in the business she was appointed President in 1980. At the time she was chosen for her Presidency the company was struggling. Through hard work and determination Bailey was able to turn the business around and make it what it is today, one of the largest commercial flooring companies in Connecticut.
Grandson to the founder David Konover, David has been a member of B & K Floors, Inc. since 2008. With a background in customer service and public relations, David currently oversees day to day operations. After four years David became a partner in B & K Floors, Inc. in 2012. He continuously works with the company’s estimators, project managers, and sales team to ensure the jobs run smoothly.
Also grandson of the founder David Konover, Sean has been with Barall & Konover Floors Inc. for one and half years. His duties vary from estimating for new projects to helping manage current on going projects.
With eighteen years dedicated to B & K Floors Inc., Pat is the company’s office manager and bookkeeper. She keeps track of payroll reports for state work along with employee weekly payroll. She also can answer almost any question about any on going or past project.
With over 25 years of experience as an installer in the flooring industry, Bill began working as an estimator with B & K Floors Inc. in 2006. Bill has provided the company a priceless insight into the world of commercial flooring. His knowledge of flooring has proven to be highly beneficial towards estimating new projects. With his precision on costs, he has developed many positive relationships with various general contractors.
After a summer internship with Barall & Konover Floors Inc., Casey graduated from Southern Connecticut State University and returned to the flooring industry soon after. He now holds a permanent job with the company as a project manager and estimator since 2014.
Kevin has been B & K Floors Inc.’s assistant project manager for the past two years. He helps all the project managers when needed and is in charge of scheduling our installers, making sure each job gets done in a timely manor with the best installers for each task.
With over 30 years of experience in the flooring industry, Rich had taken on the role of business development manager in May of 2015 at Barall & Konover Floors Inc. Along with being ICRI certified for moisture testing concrete slabs, Rich is the first person to call with questions regarding any future jobs you may have.
Jessica has been with B & K Floors Inc. for over three years as a project manager. Being one of our project managers, Jessica becomes your best friend when beginning a project with us and she makes sure the project runs smoothly from start to finish.
B & K Floors Inc. has had Johnny as a project manager for almost three years. Johnny stays with you every step of the way when running your job to eliminate any confusion and to keep you happy. Working along side of him on most of his jobs to ensure your projects are successful is his partner in crime, Rich Repoli.
Alex has been a project manager for Barall & Konover Floors Inc. for three years. When managing a job, Alex makes sure that your materials are correctly order, delivered, and installed by the desired time and guidelines, ensuring every customer is satisfied with the final product and overall experience working with us.
Barall & Konover Floors Inc. has had Jeff for over five years as our warehouse manager. Jeff will make sure supplies for jobs are where they need to be on time for installation.
Frank is in charge of shipping and receiving here at B & K Floors Inc. He has been a part of this company for three years. He assists Jeff with delivering and picking up materials as well as keeping our warehouse organized and easily accessible.
Kellie is the newest addition to the B & K Floors Inc. family. She’s the first person you come in contact with when visiting or calling our office. As office admin she assist Pat with payroll and the project managers when needed.
